Rental

 

Rental Policies:

  • All Equipment leaves our yard full of fuel and clean (unless otherwise noted by us on your contract.)

  • Equipment must be returned clean or a $50.00 min. cleaning fee will be charged

  • Equipment must be returned refueled or you will be charged a fee of $5.00/gallon (Diesel, Gas or Propane)

  • You must demonstrate that you can operate the equipment safely.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • You may not use equipment for any illegal purposes.

  • Do not make any repair to the equipment without prior authorization from Valley Rental and Materials (We do not paid back charges for unauthorized repair).

Rental period

  • ½ Day Rate

4 consecutive hours during store hours

  • Day Rate

24 consecutive hours

  • Week Rate

7 consecutive days

  • Month Rate

28 consecutive days

NOTE: RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT   

Identification

  • A valid California Driver's License or Military ID with a verifiable home telephone number in the renter's name is required from all renters (a copy will be made).

  • An Automobile insurance form will be required to tow a trailer.

Deposit Required

  • There will be a deposit equal to 1 days rent collected on all rentals.

  • Cash Deposits in exchange of I.D. Requirements. If a customer does not meet our rental requirements, he/she may leave a cash or credit card deposit to get the item. (Sum of deposit varies with rental item).

Hour Meter Rates

  • 1 day rental = 8 hours of operating time on the meter.

  • Any hours over 8 will be prorated.

Prices are subject to change. Please call for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.

 

Delivery and Pick-up

  • There is an additional charge for this service (varies upon location).

  • Delivery and Pickup is only available in Fall River Valley and surrounding areas.

Responsibility

  • Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return.

  • All items should be secured and protected from the weather. Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items.

  • You are solely responsible for any damage while the equipment is in your possession.
